What we collect

- Emails you send us: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message.

The contact form on our contact page works entirely in your browser. It does not transmit what you type to us or anyone else; you decide whether to copy or download your note and send it by email.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We process server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. We process emails to reply to you, also on the basis of legitimate interest, or to take steps you request. We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising profiles or share it with brands.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept for up to 30 days. Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need it longer to handle a legal claim.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who help us run the site, such as our hosting and email providers, under contracts that require them to protect your data. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
